2. User Responsibilities
2.1 Submitting Tickets
When submitting a support ticket, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You are responsible for ensuring that your ticket does not contain any confidential or sensitive information unless specifically requested by the support team.

Your use of the Portal must comply with all applicable University policies, including the IT policies and codes of conduct.

The Portal and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by VIT Bhopal University and are protected by intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Portal.

VIT Bhopal University grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Portal for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
